Absolutely Specialized

When you call, you're only able to speak to an AI receptionist. I scheduled an appointment for a home site visit / estimate for a ductless mini split, only to be stood up. I tried emailing the address listed to see if someone was coming, but no response. (And of course there's no human you can speak to on the phone when you call). Very disappointing and a waste of our time waiting all day for no one to come.

Greg and his team at Absolutely Specialized Mitsubishi removed our old furnace, reconfigured the ducts, and installed a new heat pump. The unit heats and cools exceptionally well! Greg explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. Once completed, he applied for the sizeable rebate on my behalf. I appreciated the professionalism shown by Greg and his team and highly recommend their service!

I couldn't recommend a higher quality heat pump mini split specialist. Will be recommending to all of my neighbors. Thanks again guys!

Greg and Dan have installed one ASHP mini-split system for me and are soon to do a larger job for another property of mine. I find them personable, easy to reach, and quick to answer questions. They work to keep costs down and I find their pricing excellent. When a small problem came up with the first system they corrected it with no quibbling. They go the extra mile to search out the right system for the building. I prefer to work with independent contractors when I am able, and Absolutely Specialized has won my confidence.

These guys aren't cheap and it took them several weeks to get to me because they are just insanely busy, but if you want to get a heat pump, these are absolutely 100% the people to talk to. I watched Greg and every thing his crew did and with a triple purge and pressurization test complete with a nitrogen flush I'm pretty sure that my system will run for over a decade without any issues. (I'll update this review if I have any issues) If you hire anyone else, well, good luck with that... Mitsubishi heat pumps is ALL these guys do and Greg has a massive attention to detail that you rarely see in a HVAC guy.
