Hristo is incredible and so easy to work with - he is highly knowledgeable, quick to identify plumbing issues, honest to tell us what was broken and not which made it evident that other bidders were scamming my Mom with over-the-top estimates. I contacted ABV Plumbing about installing an automatic shutoff valve. The woman I talked to on the phone said that they would need to come out and do an assessment, which would cost $99, and that would count towards the final cost. I was concerned that my particular plumbing geometry might make it difficult or even impossible to install --- and thus they would waste a trip and I would waste money --- so she agreed with my suggestion that I just text photos and data to the same phone number I had called on --- not looking for a guarantee, but at least some sense that “yes we can do this” before having them come out to assess. I did not get a reply. So I followed up with another text asking when they might be able to reply? No reply to that either. They might do great work if actually enga
