I was at wits end when I called Charles. It was a Sunday morning and after two other companies had come by, we had a rat enter into our kitchen. Charles talked me through getting through the day until he could arrive 1st thing the following morning. He was calming and very knowledgeable and I anxiously awaited his visit to our home.
