AC Cycle Heating & Air Conditioning

I am writing this review from Wilmington, NC in August and am 9 months pregnant. Enough said. A brief power outage caused our HVAC unit to go down. The guys at AC Cycle came recommended by a neighbor of ours and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. Long story short, they worked hard to track down all the parts needed to repair our system and got it back up and running quickly. When they discovered they were going to need to come back the following day with another part, they even offered to lend us their window unit to make sure we were comfortable overnight. If there were 6 stars available, I would gladly give them. Very grateful for these guys who were responsive, professional, quick, and who clearly care a lot about their customers. Left a message at 8:30 this morning. A little texting back and forth. They were here at 11 and service was corrected before noon. He was honest about our system, what to expect, what to look for. His pricing was incredibly reasonable. Scratch off the previous name left by the builder and replacing it with AC Cycle H&AC.

Update: The installation crew was efficient and replaced our second unit in half a day. They started inside and did not have to return until it was time to turn the new unit on. Old review: Jason and Moe are a father-son team that is highly organized. Their van is full of parts, and they always came prepared to repair our air conditioning. Highly recommended.

I called AC Cycle on a Sunday due to my A/C going out on a Saturday evening. Jason answered the call and assisted me with a series of trouble-shooting steps. He asked a number of relavant questions and it was like he knew exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it, literally over the phone. He had me take a couple steps and worked with me over the phone throughout the entire Sunday. At the end of the day, I was able to resolve my own issue without Jason having to come out to where I live. He simply worked the issue with me over the phone. He answered my calls and text messages throughout the day, without hesitation. On a Sunday!! This place is the best. My central air wasn't working and it was a Sunday in late afternoon. I tried calling every 24/7 place and only AC Cycle answered. They came out and got my central air unit back up and running quickly. I absolutely recommend AC Cycle to everyone. Service was excellent and very thorough!!!
