Tyler was the tech that we had at our home today. Very informative of issues, explained everything to us, repaired any issues we were experiencing. He was excellent!!!…. Did a great job. Always have been very pleased with their service..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DJ was incredible! He instantly found the cause of our humidity issue and explained everything clearly — even why the FOV setup makes sense up north but not in Florida. He checked airflow in every room, inspected both units, and was professional, polite, and right on time. I’m calling AC Designs again for sure, and I’m absolutely requesting DJ. Fantastic service!

House was warming up a bit … knew something wasn’t right with the AC … didn’t want to make an after-hours service call, but wouldn’t be at home for a tech visit the next day. We have a service contract with A/C Designs, and they sent Alex to help us. He called us to let us know he was on the way, he ruled out simple things first, he let me follow him around so that I could better understand his diagnostic process, and he got our AC back online in less than one hour! Jason and Ben from AC Design were awesome to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. On time, clean cut, hard working and consultative. I received a threatening email today from Dispatcher Rebecka. I had a service man come out on Monday. While he was in my home I attempted to make a payment twice. The service man attempted one more time but his hand held computer just kept spinning. Frustrated by so many attempts, he said to just call and make a payment. I said that was fine. Tuesday my family and I flew out of town for the holidays, Wednesday was Christmas Eve and Thursday was Christmas. Today is Friday and at 10am I received the threatening email from Dispatcher Rebecka. I was actually warned about the service A/C Designs provides but was told to call them due to the fact they installed the HVAC unit in my new home.
