AC Doctors

My home warranty company called them when our heat would not come on. They were quick to respond, super kind when they arrived, knowledgeable on the issue and fixed it on the spot. They also ordered a part through the home warranty which will save me a ton of money!

I’ve worked with AC Doctors three times in the last several years, through a home warranty service, and they have been fantastic each time. I appreciate a company that is personable, is extremely timely and do exactly what they say they’ll do. The technicians and office staff are top tier.

I had an excellent experience with AC Doctors. My insurance company sent them to me when I filed a claim for my AC. The technicians were able to identify that my fan motor was broken within 20 minutes. They immediately left to go pick up a new fan motor and had it installed within the hour. I was thoroughly impressed and very happy to have my AC back on so quickly. I believe my technician's name was Chris. He was so nice and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend!

Home warranty assigned them. AC is out in our home in the summer. We have a newborn and 1 year old and they stated they couldn’t come for 3 days. Poor customer service. Decided to use our own company.

I used my 2-10 home warranty to dispatch a company for maintenance on my unit since it stopped cooling. AC doctors were assigned to my claim and they came out the first time in May, then two weeks later my unit was not working again. They came out again and repeated the same work. Eight days later I had to file another claim as my unit failed again. They came out and repeated the same work and also fixed a pipe under the house that the technician stated “the last guy from AC Doctors must have missed it” and then he stated “You should be good to go with no further issues”. Then 9 days later I had to put in yet a fourth request in less than 5 weeks due to the same problem. This time they sent it back to the warranty company claiming to not have a technician that is able to work on Trane unit
