AC Drain Line Cleaners LLC

Greetings, Mike here. My AC drain line is finally clear! I was vacuuming out my AC line 2 or more times a month until I had the Zoog Zapper installed. My AC evaporator unit is located in the attic and the drain line is about 25 feet to reach the outside which made it difficult to get clean with suction. The Zoog Zapper unit dispenses a solution of Steramine (FDA and EPA approved) about once a week. The unit was installed about 6 months ago and I have not needed to vacuum out the line. The unit is easy to operate and it is easy to refill (The one gallon reservoir lasted 6 months). The unit is located in my guest closet I do not need to go in the attic to refill the reservoir. (very convenient) This unit is great. I give it 5 stars.

My AC would regularly quit because of drain line backup and always at a bad time, just when everyone else failed and my AC service Co was most busy. zoog Zapper ended that. It’s been since 11/23 and only 1 routine service call. My blower unit is embedded in my garage ceiling, not easy to get to, I followed the instructions and wall mounted the system where I could easily access it and using all supplied materials ran the tubing from the pump up to and into the blower. If you’re at all handy it’s not a big deal.

I cannot thank Richard and Alex enough. I was sold on the product just on the reviews and recommendations in my community. I was blown away (no pun intended) by the above and beyond service we received on top of the amazing product install. They went ahead and pretty much tuned up my unit, prior services I paid for “maintenance” didn’t suffice to these gentlemen. My unit is clean, blowing colder and stronger. And now with the Zoog Zapper, amazing insight and proper maintenance I know my unit has been blessed with many more years to come. Thanks again for the amazing job gentlemen! HIGHLY recommended.

After several attempts and $300 dollars later from local plumbers to unclog my AC drain, I contacted Rich and had the ZOOG ZAPPER installed on my home AC system back in January 2025. Amazingly both the drain pan and drain line have not re-clogged and remained sweaky clean. Having known of Rich through a family member he came highly recommended having a service record of professional and thorough. Having had reoccurring drain clogs with using previous AC service companies, the Zoog Zapper owner made sure the drain line was adequately clean both inside and outside the building before installing the system. Excellent system, keeps our lines flowing nicely compared to previous auto cleaning system we had. They even re-plumbed the entire drain system for better flow and easier access to filter for changing / inspecting. Couldn't be happier with them and would definitely recommend Zoog Zapper over other systems commonly found in box stores.
