I am not sure this place even exists. I called them for a garage door repair for my mother in Los Altos. Palms Garage Doors showed up (not AC Garage Door). Palms over-charged: $650 for a +/- 30 min repair with no parts required. Must be little old lady in Los Altos pricing. I gave them 3 stars because they did fix the garage door.

The technician tried to lift our old wooden door on his own, which ended up getting the door popping out of the rail on one side. He only verbally attempted to give me an estimate with a side of “it’s not much more expensive to replace the door (depending on what type of door you want to go for). And whatever option would not have happened today and left me with an open garage over night.
