After placing a service request through my home warranty company, it took about a week for anyone to actually come out to complete the service request. Once the technician, Nguyen came out, he looked at my central air AC unit for my home and said, there’s nothing wrong with it, we’re just experiencing a heat wave right now so the AC can’t keep up.” I’ve been in my home 8 years now, and it’s never been an issue until now so something is wrong. My guess is it’s low on Freon and he didn’t want to take the time or money to completely fill the ac with Freon. I think he put just enough Freon in the AC so it would get by the 30 day recall period.
