I had excellent service today 8/2/2025 (Saturday). I had been out of town and my heatpump was blowing out heat. The thermostat read 99. When I called they answer the phone. It's not leave a message it's a real person. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am beyond grateful. My Boston Terriers don't do well in the heat. Thank you again. D. Creason

Great company, had them install a heat pump at my house. Was on time, good with communication, very quick and professional! I had an issue with my new thermostat and Mr. David Rose made a special trip, 45 minutes out of the way just come fix it! Will continue doing business with them in the future!

Great customer service! Willing to work around scheduling. We had to get a new unit due to ours being old and unable to get parts. Timely service. Will recommend to others and will use again. Great preventative maintenance service also. Will come out twice a year to make sure unit is working.

Our lake home was built in 2021. At that time we were not full time residents. In 2022 we moved into this home permanently. Our initial HVAC system installed by another company consisted of Mini-splits with two distinct zones on the upper and lower levels. Unfortunately, this system can’t accommodate the sun exposure we have, especially on the upper levels. We contacted A/C Heating and Air to discuss converting to a traditional HVAC system upstairs, knowing it is harder to convert, than to install in the original build. The team we worked with from sales info to install and follow up have been incredible. Each team member worked diligently and put up with our four English setters, getting under their feet while doing this tedious job. They were polite and considerate with what could have b
