While working with contractors is ALWAYS going to have difficulties, AC Home always tried to make things smooth and listened to their customer. They replaced our windows, floors, kitchen, and siding... pretty much a new house. And through all this, they still finished in their predicted time. Any concerns we had, they investigated and addressed them. Their crew was professional and clean... and talented! Our kitchen, windows, trim, and siding look amazing. Lauren was prompt in all her communications. Troy and Kevin got things done and held contractors accountable (so I didn't have to communicate with them). I would recommend this company, even if they cost a little more.

My Husband and I are beyond pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism of each and every person involved in our bathroom remodel project. The crew kept our house as clean as possible; protecting our floors, carpet, and bedroom furniture. Each person entering our home was friendly and courteous. We were updated every step of the way. Amazing!!! No need to look any further, this company is incredible. Most professional, extremely kind and friendly. The work is exceptional. We’ve contracted this company before to paint, install brick/stone casing for fireplace and assist with railing repair/surfacing. This week our Bathrooms are getting remodeled along with misc items; painting, door repair, plumbing, electrical and floor install. All team members are the absolute BEST! This is the 2nd job AC Home Design has completed for us. Kevin and his team remodeled our master bath. The project came out fantastic and we are really happy. Kevin always find unique solutions to the little challenges, his guys clean up after themselves, the quality is top notch and pricing is more then fair. We will use them again.

We met with Kevin several times regarding two bathroom and one powder room remodeling projects. I am very short and specifically asked for a LOW bathtub. Kevin said I would fall that way and instead advised a bathtub with a surround that I would sit on and swing over into and out of the tub. We were never given measurements nor drawings, diagrams, nor models of the plans. What we got was a bathtub which is too high, too deep, too wide and where I can’t even reach the drain apparatus. If you work with Kevin, please make sure that you get pictures and measurements of his plan. His team is very pleasant and polite, but the outcome is not what we asked for and is not usable for me.
