After putting in an offer on a house(that we knew needed a little work) we decided to have a home inspection done. Our inspector showed up promptly and was flexible around our schedule. He had a professional and friendly attitude and demonstrated his extensive experience with house construction/functions. He was able to do a walk around and through the house, pointing out all the good and bad. He was also able to look at the crawl spaces, attic, garage, and a shed for us. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain to us what problems there existed and why they needed to be fixed. He was also able to identify problems with the mechanics of the house(such as AC/hot water/Furnace issues).
