A/C Man Heating & Air

The service and installation team is awesome but the office staff is the biggest liars ever. We installed a $8500.00 system in my home/office over a month ago with the promise to bring the vents back for installation . We still don't have them and can't get anyone to call us back. I used this company on a friend's recommendation but I will beg to go back to Condrad Watson Air conditioning. Monroeville Alabama

I called and set up and appointment. Lady said "great we will be there before ten." No one shown up. Fast forward to 3 pm, i called and they said someone will be there by 5, they will "put it in the notes we called." That means nothing to me. I received no service, poor communication skills. I understand stuff happens, if they would have told me at 3pm the techs are not looking like they can make it today. I would have scrambled to a different company that may have had an opening and I possibly could have slept good this night. I knew when I checked the reviews, I should have had low expectations.

The service man that was sent to my house was incredibly polite he was patient and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Done a great job highly recommend them he also explained what I could do to keep my unit up and running at its best . He told me of some service specials that they run to help keep my AC unit serviced and up to par! They will definitely be the ones I call if I need AC work again . Thanks AC/ Man

We were charged for a service call and added Freon that leaked within 2 days. Upon returning we were told that we needed a new thermostat and charged another service call with no other explanation. I believe more Freon was added but was gone in a day and a half. I called Hoover AC in Monroeville and explained to them what had transpired and felt there was a leak somewhere. Hoover- came out and correctly diagnosed a major leak in the condenser coil and found out it was under warranty still. We hired to do the work and all problems were correctly solved by them. I do not recommend the AC Man.

Got a $1500 quote and I was told my entire ducting system needed to be re-done, only to find out that the only thing that NEEDED to be fixed was very minor. It was completed within an hour for only $200 by another local business. I would suggest getting a second opinion if you are considering using this company.
