Omer is the HVAC technician who solved our AC problem and serviced our "Goodman" machine. He was very courteous, called before and came on time. Once on site, he listed possible problems and then quickly found the solution. Omer gave an estimate cost before starting the job, and after fixing the issue he suggested ways to perform basic home maintenance. He also suggested alternatives to improve air flow and temperature, and clearly mentioned all prices upfront, no hidden fees.
