I have used their services for over 15 years and recommended to many friends and Raul offers spectacular service. He’s always very honest about what needs to be done and never pushes you into drastic solutions just to sell the most expensive service. He’s one of the few honest service men I know. And he knows about HVAC a lot, to the point he explains to his clients how things work and why the problem exists. I wish I had same level of service with my mechanic, electrician and all other services.

Even though I did not have the pleasure of working with Raul, he demonstrated an important value to me: honesty. My building was undergoing a cooling tower replacement, which stirred up old sediment and clogged many AC unit lines. This caused the compressors to stop due to overheating. I called a technician to inspect my unit, and they informed me that I needed to replace the compressor due to overheating. I then inquired with other residents about AC companies, and Raul's name was recommended. Raul had a clear understanding of the situation with my building and advised me to have our in-house maintenance team flush the line. This is my 1st time using HVAC Resure and I was very impressed. I needed a new a/c and I know the sales person Oscar for the Honda dealership. With his suggestion I went with this company. The two technicians who installed my new unit were very professional, friendly, answering all my questions and very organized. Wendy in the office was very professional and friendly.
