My experience at AC supply store was exceptional, the customer service was A-1. I explained what I needed and they were on it! Jamal, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful in making sure I had all my correct parts. Per their policy, they only sale to contractors, which was explained to me. My brother is a AC certified technician, that was installing my parts but he wasn’t available to pick up my parts because he was at work. Jamal agreed to sale me what I needed, and even helped me bring the parts to my car. He was courteous and professional and my brother will be returning for my AC part needs in the future.. The most helpful and friendliest staff anywhere and a great place to do business. But, they sell to Texas State licensed contractors for a reason....wholesale. Same as any other wholesale only. It is not for the general public.
