Very Professional, helpful, to get parts and equipment to contractor in a timely matter. The manager will do anything to help or make the sale happen it equipment needs to be brought in. Happy to do my business with A/C Supply in Hammond.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF! I needed a run capacitor. Everyone knows electrical parts are not returnable. After I paid $64.59 for a run capacitor. I fixed my A/C unit. Then I wondered what was the right price. I found the exact same run capacitor everywhere for $18. So now I know, never do business with A/C Supply, Inc. It would have been cheaper to drive to Baton Rouge or New Orleans.

Rude employees, there is little inventory ever stocked in this location. Most of the time, inventory has to be shipped in from New Orleans, and they only receive inventory twice per week from New Orleans

This place is a ripoff. They are grossly overpriced on everything and their employee's are rude and condescending to customers.
