I want to give a huge thank you to James for the excellent service he provided today while fixing our heating furnace. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. His honest, trustworthy approach put us totally at ease and gave us confidence in both the repair and the recommendations he provided. Because of the great experience, we also went ahead and purchased a one-year maintenance plan with absolutely no pressure. If James is your technician, you’re in great hands. I’d absolutely call him again in the future. Excellent service all around!

Drew was my technician from AC Today Heating & Cooling, and he did a great job. My HVAC motor began needed to be replaced and the company acted quickly and efficiently to address the issue. The part was ordered and received quickly, and I really appreciated that they worked with my schedule and did the job on the weekend. Their pricing was great compared to other companies I contacted, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely trust them with future work and look forward to continuing to maintain my HVAC system with them.
