Customer service is awfully lacking. Update I messaged you about a product early yesterday morning. You messaged back and said you'd check. Hours passed and you never responded. I left a job site to see if you had the product, especially since you're located in my hometown. I walked in with one of my workers and you and your employees didn't speak to us. I asked who was in charge. You said you were in charge. I asked for the same product. You said you'd check. I reminded you of the messaging between the both of us hours earlier and asked why you didn't get back to me. You said, "I'm busy",in a very dismissive and nasty way. I purchased a sink for my bathroom and I love my bathroom sink but I will never shop at this store again. I was treated with such disrespect from the sales associate. The store manager allowed her to disrespect me. They were speaking negatively about me in Spanish. I don’t patronize anyone or spend my money anywhere that provides me with bad customer service. The behavior was uncalled for and unnecessary. The store has great potential and a lot of variety of products.
