The furnace and air conditioner at our house needed to be replaced. Called around and was immediately impressed with Academy. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and explained things in a way that I could understand. The day of the install the team was here on time and kept the basement very clean. I have been using Academy for about 30 years, ever since they were the only heating contractor willing to install returns in our upper bedrooms, rather than only selling me a new Htg/AC system. They have always been responsive to our needs and, while no contractor is perfect, in the few instances when they weren't able to solve the problem the first time, they always cheerfully returned to correct the issue. Over the years I've bought two Bryant systems from them and have been very satisfied. They may not be the cheapest contractor out there, but I believe they are a good value, are fair dealing, and will remain with you for the long haul. I am so happy with the work that Academy did to install a new a/c and furnace. Jerry, the salesperson, described everything that would happen and also came by at the beginning of the day and at the end to check on the work. We had four men working on the installation. I was especially impressed with Bryan's and Teo's cleverness around tight corners. All were very professional, thorough and left the site VERY clean. I highly recommend Academy!
