This academy is one of the worst locations I ever been to, theft is very high and academy does nothing to prevent that from happening. That guy Isaiah that works behind. The gun bar is very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. I heard they fired him because he was trying to prevent ammunition from being stolen. Academy needs to do better!

After a long day of work. A visit to my nearest Academy what was needed to see the deals &' find wants. We ended at the Hunting Section. Came to see but left with great guidance from the young man named Pedro &' a gun to add to the collection. Pedro is a savvy young Academy member who seems extremely knowledgeable &' happy to lead the blind. Not to toot his horn, but he definitely ran the Hunting Section. Explaining with details and patience any questions we thought of. He proceeded to finish running the needed test and kept on being on the lead with gusto. After being approved, the purchase concluded. This experience has definitely been extremely pleasant and very satisfactory. I will definitely come back ; I will never mind spending where the service was memorable and enjoyable.

Jocelyn, the heavier set build African American young female who works at the register at the front when you check out should not be working with people, let alone at the registers or Academy at all upon arriving and leaving I was giving a dirty look for absolutely no reason I don't know if this is just discrimination or judgment? But this is the third time she has had an attitude and given me a dirty look from Afar. I came here about 3 months ago and the first time she gave me a very dirty look.She had said some kind of rude remark under her breath as she walked away outside.I don't know how someone like this is able to work there , but it is not right Someone like that does not need to be working with people who has no customer service skills and has a problem with certain people i was

Great store and the employees were very helpful. Gave it a four star because I bought a 6 burner gas grill thinking I was going to pick it up in a box. When I arrive they brought out the grill fully assembled which was fine. Once I received it I notice the seventh burner side grilled metal cover was loose and missing a screw, it was also dented from the rear. The employee there was nice enough to switch it for another one. Once I got it home I notice all screws were loose not tight at all and missing hardware. One door was lower than the other that I had to un assemble it and fix it. The guys building these grills as horrible at assembling and do poorly! They strip a few screws so when I tried to tighten it I had to use a fatter cross head to turn it. Please be AWARE and double check the g

I’m very upset and angry at the security guard and cashier employee that work here. The security guard eye balling at us like we were going to steal something he made me feel uncomfortable. We tried on some sweaters and we went to the checkout line and the girl that rang us up should be retrained or laid off. She asked if we had a credit card membership which at the end we decided not to get. She put the sweaters in a bag pushing them in the bag with force like she is mad at doing her job. When I asked if she could put them in a separate bag she rolled her eyes then had the nerve to hand me the bag and order mi to bag my own items. I feel like that was very rude of her because that is her job she is getting paid to do that. Is that the way you treat your customers that come to buy items it
