After dealing with another plumbing company that told me I had a broken pipe—and then immediately pushed a $9,000 repair to break open my concrete patio and reroute plumbing—I knew I needed a second opinion. He came out with his camera, took his time evaluating everything, and recommended a thorough cleaning and reevaluation rather than jumping to worst-case scenarios.
