Though things did not go as planned -- actually, because things didn't go as planned -- this is five star review. Cutting to the chase, I would highly recommend Accelerated Mitigation and Restoration. My wife and I were an eight hour drive away in Atlanta when a 2nd floor water pipe broke in one of our When Pigs Fly Inn guest room bathrooms here in Washington, NC. Our innkeeper on sight discovered it at 3AM, took care of the guests, called 911 but by the time help arrived and the water was turned off, much damage was done. Dec. 1st, my home suffered a huge loss due to a failed hot water heater. It was a Friday evening and my insurance adjuster said it would take 48 business hours for them to come out. We had a pipe leak under our house, that unfortunately we did not know about until water was seeping through our kitchen floors and behind our cabinets and walls were covered in mold. This past summer, we arrived at our beach house in Emerald Isle to find the ceiling down in the master bedroom and water all over the floor and down the hallway to the kitchen.
