I was referred to this auto body shop after having an accident on 9.11.2025. Unfortunately, the damage to my vehicle was too extensive and it was considered a total loss. I would like to personally thank Brayden for treating me fairly, respectfully, and honestly while insurance completed the inspection of my Honda Civic. I am sure that if repairs could have been done on my car, it would have looked showroom new again. I will definitely use this establishment if I need vehicle repair in the future. I had a wind damage claim on my new car after the 85+ mph windstorm here in Amarillo a few months back. Not only did they go out of their way to assist me in the rental car situation, but they did an excellent job on the replacement parts and consulted with me on every aspect of the repairs before doing any work. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family! Truly a great family owned and operated business!

Having your automobile damaged is typically not fun at all. Everyone at Accent will take care of you and your vehicle so well that it makes the incident enjoyable. They do a fantastic job of taking care of your claim so you don’t have to. I’ve never witnessed a person enter their door that didn’t feel welcome there. They have always gone above and beyond for me. Also their quality of workmanship is so good I upsell myself into having them take care of extras while my vehicle is there.
