Accent Carpet and Tile

We had a great experience with Accent, with a couple issues. Mike was great and took the time over 2 months to help us get close to what we were replacing. The install went well, but then when I noticed some things that needed to be corrected; not enough grout and some chaulking , is when their was communication issues. In the end Joe, Mike, and the rest of the team kept working to make everything 100%. I will say, we think the tile looks great, but maybe due to this brand it looks like it’s still missing grout in certain places, depending on the lighting. This issue in NO way affects the folks at Accent. We would use them again!

I highly recommend Accent Carpet & Tile. They have a large showroom with lots of selections. I chose a beautiful porcelain tile for the floors in three rooms (living room, dining room, and office area.) The sales staff was very professional and nice. They had a lot of patience while I took my time deciding on which floor (wood or tile) to install. And when I chose tile, they were very patient while I took my time deciding on the best tile for my home. Mike came out to my home twice to answer my questions about my project. He was very helpful. The installers were very professional, careful, friendly, and respectful. They moved my heavy furniture for me. We are absolutely delighted with the flooring that Accent installed.
