We completely remodeled our kitchen, two full bathrooms, new flooring in the whole house, painted everything, plus removing of walls- it was a near total gut job. From the very beginning, Brevan communicated with us exactly what was going on and what to expect. Additionally, Brevan and his crew consistently did things the right way (this seems like an obvious, but even in interviewing contractors, it became clear that not everyone does things to code or the way they should be). There wasn't one time that we felt that Brevan or his sub-contractors took a short cut and skimped on quality. Brevan and Heidi Adams with Accent Design Build (ADB) were a pleasure to work with in our townhome remodel. The project involved changing carpet to hardwood in the dining area, remodel the Master Bath to create a larger walkk in shower and create a linen closet. Then, from a concrete walls and floor in the basement, Brevan designed 2 bedrooms, a great room, and kitchenette/wet bar and 3 walkin storage areas and 2 reach in storage closets. We purchased the townhome and were moving from out of state and wanted the remodel done beforeoccupying. Long distance communication was outstanding. Somedecisions could be made over phone, text, or email, but some inperson visits were required, not a burdensome amount due to Brevan's ability to manage the project. Brevan Adams is about as smart and honest of a construction contractor as I've run across. His knowledge is exceptional and his willingness to shoot straight with you before you've signed the contracts is exceptionally refreshing and valuable. I wouldn't hesitate to take on any large remodeling/renovation project with him. He's as good as there is.
