Not only were the the best price of the four contractors that we got bids from, their staff was kind and courteous and was able to do the job in less than half the time they had scheduled. We are extremely pleased with our new impact doors and windows installed by Access D and W. They came in at a great price (we had 3 quotes) and every part of the process, from the first in home consultation to the final walk through and inspection, has been straight forward, professional and friendly. They have been easy to reach and always fully responded to questions. They’re just a very nice crew of people all round. The actual install job took a couple of days, including removing and hauling the old windows and shutters, and the installers were expert at working together and keeping the job moving at a nice pace. Andrew and crew came as scheduled. Was impressed on taping off the rest of my house and the care for my property. Door is exactly as I requested and feel very secure. Full clean up left me nothing to do. Excellent customer service as well through this entire process.

Wow! Just wow! If I could give 10 stars I would, amazing service! I also did the my safe Florida home program and used Access Windows and doors. I got 5 quotes and did my research, Access was fairly priced and uses their own installers. Access did my whole house, front door, slider doors, all my windows, I even got a new impact garage door. My point of contact was Peter, he was awesome! Guy actually cares, and takes his time and explains everything. Believe me I was nervous as ever to do this project and Peter made me feel at ease. His boss, Jeff, came out for final measurements was great! Again, made you feel at ease and cares about his product and helping his clients. He even assisted me with questions for my association.
