It has been a tremendous experience working with Jay Ward and his team at Access Property Solutions! They were referred to us by a local Anderson window organization to re-caulk each of the windows in our house. While they do both residential and commercial work, Jay used commercial grade caulk, spent days removing the old caulk and installing the new. They really took time and care and the windows look great, as they also nailed the color match. Since they offer a variety of services, we also hired them to improve insulation in our crawlspace, re-strap the plumbing pipes, and ensure that we had proper encapsulation before winter time.
