Management not trustworthy. My house has defective roof shingles installed my this company. Once this was reported to them the owner said I would get a new roof. The manufacturer refused to do anything saying there was no transfer of warranty. True as the previous was not told to register a warranty by the installer and we have never been told to have a roof warranty transferred. The installer said once informed by me of the problem he would fix it. Since the manufacturing company refused to stand by their product the owner told me later he had arranged to have materials donated so I could get a new roof if I shared the labor cost, approximately $3000.00. I agreed then after meeting with the owner he stopped communicating with me, would not reply to my emails and would not provide any info

I chose Accord Not based on Accord being the cheapest priced but because their sales personnel (Cale Johnson & Matt Thorner) did something non of the other people did; they actually followed up, made several visits and worked with me on pricing since I had no insurance and was paying out of pocket. The best roofing company in Oklahoma City! Accord Construction put a new roof on my home in Edmond, OK after the recent storms we had that tore through the area and took off my roof. We were in a bad situation as our roof was half gone and leaking, and Accord came out and installed an emergency new roof super quick, they were the most professional roofer I have ever worked with in Oklahoma. Highly recommend Accord Construction for all your roofing needs!

These guys do EXCELLENT work. I am super pleased with my new roof. The work they did was awesome and if you have a chance to get it done by them, DO IT! They're crew was efficient, clean, ON TIME, and left no trace of debris when they finished. Very pleased with their work.
