Accurate Concrete Construction LLC.

Last year i called and had a quote then I had a concrete patio and stairs put in wood stamped with color. I paid cash for this job that was a lot of money! And was told they warranty their work! They demoed my concrete steps that were currently in place redid them However they had to come back to redo the stairs they put in as they did not wood stamp and color them. Once they fixed that they finished with the patio. I called and texted several times as I was unhappy with foot prints patch jobs that look blotchy ect I was told they would come by. Phone calls and texts went on and here we are a year later grass and weeds are coming up through my concrete and I’m still unhappy. I contacted them again and was told they would contact me this past Tuesday lo and behold they never did. I called

Jorge and his team of concrete professionals did an absolutely amazing job on our new driveway approach, improving our curb appeal considerably. The team is talented, meticulous, and take pride in doing outstanding work. They took great care to protect our and the neighbor's landscaping, which was much appreciated. I watched in rapt attention while they poured and finished the concrete. It was beautiful to watch and learn about this profession, and the end result is concrete poetry(really!).

Completely unsatisfied. I called to get an estimate and the phone was answered immediately and set up an appointment for just a couple days later. I was told it would be a fairly easy fix and could even be completed in the next week. I text my address as requested. At the time of the appointment I was up and waited, and waited, and waited...... about 1 1/2 hours after the set appointment I text to see if we were still on to do the estimate.... No reply. About an hour after that I called in and there was no answer so I left a message. Its been almost a week later and no reply or communication whatsoever. If this is how you do business, I am not even remotely interested in doing business with this company or referring to anyone else.
