Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

This whole situation was completely bad business. Our furnace failed and filled our house full of CO. 2000ppm to be exact. First call no one showed up. So being mechanical inclined I started checking the furnace out finding out the inside of the furnace had water sitting in it the past 4 years causing the heat exchanger to rust out along with other things. The reason this happened is due to the install tech had the furnace tilted away from the drain 5/8 of an inch off level. I then called and explained what happened and the replacement parts needed. 3 days after originally supposed to be here some one showed up and charged me $109 for diagnostics call. Total BS. 2 days later i was called and told the parts were under warranty but i needed to pay $1034 for labor. So I called service manager

Ray did an excellent job with communicating the problems with our old boiler and completed the job after a lengthy process with Columbia gas. We appreciate your friendly, professional and prompt service! We haven't gotten a bill yet, so I can't accurately answer those questions but, in past experiences, Accurate is always competitively priced.

Had a complete HVAC System installed at my home by Accurate. Their quick response by their Rep. to get me a quote to the time to install was excellent. The two installers were prompt and professional. Overcame some burdens and got the install done in short order, cleaned up all areas and reviewed product info. and Accurate services with me thoroughly. Glad I chose Accurate.
