Accurate Locksmith

Today I went to Accurate Locksmith in Ramsey NJ with my safe that the battery were dead and we lost the key to it . When I arrived at the store they were very friendly and professional, It took them little time to make a replacement key for me. Not only did they open the safe they change the battery's for me. I went in to Accurate Locksmith this morning in search of parts to repair a busted door handle. The team there was very helpful in finding the right part (a rebuild kit) and patient with my questions about how to repair it. I would recommend Accurate Locksmith.

Recently used Accurate Locksmith to replace existing front door handle and deadbolt. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and provided a beautiful replacement. He made needed adjustments and the installation is perfect. Rick was easy to schedule with, coordinating with my time constraints, he arrived promptly and took steps to keep my home neat by coming with a drop cloth (unlike many other installation providers). I couldn't be happier with his work and highly recommend him.

So these guys ask you to send a picture to a phone so they can assess what’s needed. That’s fine, but then don’t respond to the pic and when asked if this is something they can work on they don’t respond.. It’s a broken lock, which means the door isn’t locked (elementary but I’m not sure they understand someone is just trying to secure their home quickly). So they’re not timely and wasted our time.
