We first found out about Accurate roofing Because they were mentioned a few times from groups on Facebook. My father-in-law ended up hiring them and he was very happy. We got three quotes And after reading all the reviews and hearing from my father-in-law, we decided to go with Accurate roofing. Johnny Was very responsive and sent pictures as it was being worked And worked with us to give us the best price and what they can do within our budget. I would highly recommend John Lara and his team at Accurate Roofing. We recently needed our roof replaced this past December before the rain began, and he came out the day after we inquired to check things out. You can tell he has a lot of experience and he just felt like an honest guy that wanted to help people out with his craft. He and Marla were great at always being responsive, getting all of the city permits coordinated, and recommending a great electrician to help us with uninstalling/reinstalling our solar panels. They explained exactly how things would go, they were all very kind, and I really felt like I could trust them. Their prices are very reasonable and would happily call them again if any roof work needed to be done.

He answered his phone when I called; showed up when he said he would; explained things clearly; communicated if there were problems; finished the job in one day; and cleaned up afterward. Their price is certainly very comparable to other companies out there however, what sets them apart, and helped with our decision was John Lara. He is the owner of the company. John received our call, was very punctual to the assessment appointment for the estimate, he brought all his gear and within 20-30 minutes, he got all his measurements completed. He went around the property and pointed out issues and areas of concern, he also took pictures from the top of the roof to show us areas that could be a problem in the future.
