The alarm was going off on my system, and I called Accurate Septic for service. They came the following day, Joe the tech was on time and professional. He offered options, and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Joe and another worker arrived the following day and began working as planned. What wasn't planned was my neighbor's dog leaping over the fence to play with my dog. Joe and the other worker saved the day! They were able to safely lift my neighbor's dog over the fence and put her back in her yard! Talk about customer service!
