Was concerned about some wood that appeared to have termite damage in my basement. No other companies in the area would even return my calls. This company scheduled an appt and the tech came out and determined it was old water damage and nothing to worry about as far as termites. Very honest, and did not try to sell me anything. Even the inspection was free. I will use Accurate termite & pest for anything going forward because I know they’re honest and knowledgeable. I have had no issues since the inspection, they were correct that everything was fine
