My husband and I went to pick out tiles for our shower floors. The choices are insane! The quality is even more amazing. Tiffany helped us and she was so helpful and fabulous. Highly recommend if you need tile but make sure you have enough time for them to be ordered and shipped. Last minute needs won’t work.

My husband and I worked with Tiffany and we were lucky to have her as a sales consultant/ designer. She is very knowledgeable and was super patient with all our questions. I highly recommend working with her for all your needs. Jaime was also very kind and helped set up our pickup for the tile. They both went above and beyond to meet our needs and we are very grateful.

I would never use this company. They made me wait more than a month just to give me an estimate to clean and restore our tile floor. After they came out to measure, it took almost another month to receive the estimate. They have no respect for their potential customers time. Once the estimate was finally received I requested to get a schedule date and they never bothered getting back to me. I ended up getting other estimates from other companies which were less than 1/2 the amount they quoted. The company I used(South FL Tile Restorations and Remodels) got it down in a few weeks and I was very pleased. I wouldn’t waist your time with this inconsiderate company. Best company in the business. They did my entire house remodel. Did a fantastic job. Got back to me very quickly with a quote, and got it done. Highly recommend.

First they lie over the phone about the price of the grout, it was almost double when I went to the store to get it. When confronted they were pretty rude and said I was wrong. The only reason I went there is because of the price I was told over the phone. Turns out that even Floor&Decor is cheaper than this store. They also do not accept ANY RETURNS or exchange for a different product. Beware of this store
