For several years now John is the service tech that has worked on our units! We make a point of asking specifically for him. He arrives on time and works swiftly to complete the cleaning of our two units! He is very willing to answer any and all questions. He is the BEST and the only tech we will use! He is a wonderful and talented serviceman! A true asset to the company!
