Ace Air Conditioning & Heating

We were having problems with our furnace which was an old one from before we bought the home. We called our home warranty service, Elevate Homescriptions, about the problems & they had Ace Air Conditioning & Heating come & check it out. Ace saw that it needed to be replaced and Elevate approved the replacement, which we appreciate! The owner of Ace HVAC, Art, was great to work with and Mick & Jesus, who did the work, did a great job installing the new furnace! They were hard workers and cleaned up completely after they were done. It was a snowy day, and great to have the heat back!

Called for a heater tune up and got my system shut down. Carbon monoxide found leaking . Took a week through my warranty company but , Stephen made sure we’re safe and completely removed and replaced our system in a timely manner.

I’ve had Mike from Ace out to my house many times over the last year and have always had a great experience. It’s obvious he knows what he’s doing and will take the time to troubleshoot and figure out what’s really going on. Art has always been quick to get me on the schedule and deal with our home warranty company. Ace will always be my first choice and I will always recommend them. Had Art and staff install a full havac system and they were promt and professional and very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a very good deal on the system. System was installed in a timely matter and it works so much better than our old system did. Everyone from the first phone contact to install was incredible they really go the extra mile for you.

These guys do amazing work. They were on time. Easy to deal with, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all my questions. One of the better experiences I’ve had with contractors.
