Called for a 2nd opinion. WOW!! Having an engineering mind I followed the technician around, read all his meters and findings. Another HVAC company wanted over $2000 for a job that was not required! Shameful!! I was very impressed w the professionalism, knowledge and service provided by Ace Air. They were recommended to me by a neighbor! Forever indebted!! Did comparable pricing. Hands down Ace Air is a reputable firm.

Each time I need anything from Ace Air, they have been Super to use. They are also on time, always professional, and have been able to fix on problems. If you want a Great air conditioner company, you just need to call them now!

I always try to share my experience with companies use that give the best service. I just had a initial service call after having been given a highly suspect report from the technician from my previous hvac provider. James at ACE was the most accommodating professional I have ever met. Gave me a different and more complete inspection report than I had previously been given. I can't praise and recommend ACE AIR high enough for their quality and integrity. I just wish I had found them when I moved Here years ago. Can't go wrong with these nice and competent people. Called over a month ago to get a quote to replace 2 ducts. Was told Vince needs to come out by Aimee and wouldn't charge me for such a long wait to get back to me. Then the day he was to arrive at no show after changing my plans to be here. When I call to find out what is going on and what time he would arrive Tonya tells me oh he was going to do it over the phone. I have left numerous messages because my mother in law who is a widow of a veteran and now lives with us and needed to get these two ducts fixed. Poor customer service on this experience.

Called Ace this morning and Benjamin was at my home by 2:30 to fix a minor issue. This guy was the best! He found a couple of things that will make it much easier for us going forward. I am extremely happy with the service I got today and will be contacting them to set up a yearly contract. Benjamin knows his stuff and was thorough, efficient, and fast, not to mention very nice. Well done ACE, because of this visit you have a new customer!
