Our HVAC stopped working on the coldest day yet on a Saturday in January 2026. Called and left a message explaining our situation-received a call from Melissa telling me she would be sending out a tech as soon as possible. Chris arrived within an hour and fixed the blown fuse plus checked out the entire system. Quick, easy, and professional job. Appreciate their helpfulness and quick response.
Erich was right on time, took his time to check and service our system, and patiently answered our questions and explained how things work. Great service. Completely satisfied. We have an annual service contract with Ace Air LLC
Erich was the best! Alerted me when he’d be here, was right on time, And was able not only to do My seasonal inspection but fix a tricky problem with a de-programmed thermostat. He was great, glad he works my area!
Lost heat overnight and Erich was out the next morning. Had our system back up and running within an hour. Very happy with the services all around from the office staff to the tech.
