If you have this company provide pool services in YOUR community, PLEASE be prepared for racism at its finest! A caucasian female pool employee harassed my family while we were at the pool and the pool mgmt company Ace Aquatics supports her actions and has done nothing to rectify this with us as residents. Cant believe this is 2022 and this is still happening.
This company is ran so well! We love the awareness of the guards and how they interact with our community.
they kicked me out when all i was trying to do was swim. my daughter was so upset to hear them scream at me to leave.
