Ace Atlas

An employee of this company placed a table leg with a screw sticking out of it between my property and the street on 1/15/2026. I inspect this area religiously after cars leave because it is a dumping ground, and I am receiving summons from the DSNY because of Other people’s inconsiderateness dumping garbage. This person could’ve cost me money by doing this. Before he pulled up to the job on my block, the area was clean after he pulled away and I went over here. This leg was on my Propery, Not to mention If a car ran this over it would do damage to the tire. After I check my video surveillance. I see him walk with this leg Out of his van and place it on my property line. And judging by other reviews, it seems their employees are doing this in other areas as well dumping garbage. Glad I don

I am beyond disgusted by the behavior of Ace Atlas. One of their employees had the audacity to park in front of my house and unload their garbage right on my property. This is not only unprofessional but incredibly disrespectful to the community they are supposed to serve. The blatant disregard for basic decency and environmental responsibility is appalling. If this is how Ace Atlas conducts itself, I shudder to think about how they handle actual business. Clean up your act—literally and figuratively—or stay out of our neighborhood. I wouldn’t trust this company for anything. Avoid Ace Atlas at all costs if you care about professionalism or respect for your space. This was beyond unacceptable.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service I had a terrible experience with Ace-Atlas Heating. Their technicians were extremely unprofessional and left garbage all over the front of my property. It was shocking and completely disrespectful. Instead of cleaning up after themselves, they left a mess for me to deal with. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. Avoid this company if you value cleanliness and professionalism!

Extremely unprofessional. Attitude and did not want to be there. Left speeding away and mumbling under his breath. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I was writing the dimensions of my house window in my notebook because I was looking for a metal frame shop when I noticed the owner filming me through the gate. When I asked why is he filming me he only said “is your Name Will”. When I tried to approach him to clarify what was happening he threatened me with physical violence cause I was on private property. Horrible customer in interaction, he acted like a hoodlum with violence. I would never do business with this company!
