Tony responded quickly and had me scheduled immediately. He was flexible when item ordered was delayed and adjusted his schedule as needed. Needed a repair of my electrical panel asap, due to an inspector's report on our home in Guthrie that is currently in contract. Tony called me back within minutes of messaging him and made time the next morning to take care of the fix. He communicates every step of the appointment and gave very clear photos of the finished work that I was happy to send to my agent. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Easy 5 stars.

Tony sent Clayton over and he immediatley diagnosed and replaced a smart circuit breaker that would not re-set, with a normal more reliable regular 20 amp circuit breaker. It was great, immediate service even though it was the holidays. We have used ACE previously and have always been impressed, which makes us repeat customers.

Tripped part of the house one evening. Resetting the breakers didn’t seem to fix it. I called and Tony walked me step by step to find solutions. He was able to not only help me troubleshoot and solve the problem but he didn’t charge me a dime. 10/10.
