I couldn’t be happier with my experience! They were very responsive, arrived right on time, and took their time making sure everything was done correctly. My pool had quite a bit of algae, and they were able to get the water and walls completely clear and looking spotless again. They also repaired my vacuum on the spot and explained how the system works, which was extremely helpful to me as a first time pool owner. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would not contact any other company for pool service! Thank you!

(Edit after false response:) Let’s begin by addressing the lack of professionalism. It is concerning that this company waited so long to respond to a review and did so with inaccurate information. There were only plants in the back corner of the yard, and the team did, in fact, break both my vacuum and the lock on my screen door. Following this experience and the company’s lack of accountability, we installed cameras in the backyard to prevent future issues. We were in direct phone/text contact. (Experience was lacking) Last but not least, YOU and I have met multiple times and had face to face conversations from the start in fact I hired you. I was clear from the start. Andre has been taking care of our pool for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier! He’s reliable, professional, and always leaves our pool sparkling clean. He also helped us find a great company to replace our pool light. Andre is friendly and kind, and his prices are very reasonable. During our first service, he went over the entire pool system with me (I’m a first-time pool owner) and took the time to educate me on how everything works. He inspected everything closely, confirmed it was all in working order, and even made his own adjustments as he continued servicing our pool. Calling Andre was easily the best decision I’ve made from spotting a sign outside Generations Church on Little Rd.
