**7/15/25 UPDATE ** - Ace reached out to me shortly after this post to address my concerns with our concrete stamped patio and deck. Alberto came out for a scheduled assessment of the issues and even pointed out some concerns we had no included in our initial assessment. He was prompt a through in his review. They consistently followed up with me after this engagement and immediately returned on Monday the 7th to begin the repairs. They were prompt each morning for the 4 days they were onsite. Each of the issues we reported have now been addressed and has been resolved to my satisfaction. The biggest of our concerns was the crumbling patio stairs which have been amended and refinished to match the rest of the patio surface. I’ve added an updated photo of the repaired stairs to this review.

Dennis Larios and his team built a beautiful deck and pavilion for us. Dennis provided many great ideas and suggestions on the design that produced a wonderful outdoor area. His team's attention to detail was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better experience working with great people who truly care about customer satisfaction. The customer service, communication and workmanship from Ace Fence, Decks and Patio was excellent.

Had my basement done by this company and they did an amazing job. Everything looks clean, modern, and well put together. The team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend them.
