Last year, we unfortunately contracted with a company called Imperial Custom Pools (now operating as Texas Custom Pools). That company turned out to be fraudulent, leaving many customers—including us—scammed. Ace is a family-owned and operated company, and Brian, Brenda, Nate, Richard, and Angela were fantastic from start to finish. Their pricing was competitive, but what really sold me was how willing they were to walk me through every detail and make sure I was completely comfortable. They were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely responsive — truly a pleasure to work with on such a big investment. Brian has a great eye for design and helped us create a beautiful pool, spa, and pickleball court. There were no hidden fees or surprise costs at any point in the project, and the entire job was completed in just a few weeks. I highly recommend Ace! The concrete is still in the curing phase which is why it has dark spots, don’t mind those, it looks great!

I wish I could give Ace Pools 10 stars in every single aspect of our pool job! From our first phone call and then in person meeting with Brenda to our day by day installation where Brian was present and working with his crew, we could not have been happier. I spoke with multiple pool companies. Most didn't even want to talk about their process until you allowed them to come visit your property. My first contact at ACE was Angelia, and let me tell you, even though she is the office person, she knows the business and could answer my questions and was able to send me some photos and general pricing, all upfront. After feeling comfortable with the business process, I narrowed it down to two companies. Brenda and Brian, both owners came to do the site visit and once they got here, our vision had changed slightly.
