Ace Granite

I was not a customer of Ace Granite (but was really impressed,) my friend was. I just came with her for moral support. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. Asked a few simple questions. Then we were walked into the warehouse, by Crystal and Jelly the warehouse cat, such a welcoming surprise and treat.Then the selection that Ace Granite has It seemed so overwhelming, but Crystal asked you remember those questions I asked. Then took us to a few slabs with exactly what my friend was looking for. With Bruno opening up the Quartize slab so we could look at each slab we took pictures of the slab that was perfect exactly what my friend was looking for. Crystal was friendly sweet and love her personality, she made the stressful situation feel less stressful. We walked around the warehouse looking at slabs Found my slabs. Crystal had the slabs open up so I can see which ones I wanted. Found the ones. I highly recommend Ace Granite always ask for Crystal she will definitely find what you are looking for. Thank you.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ace granite on several projects, and I can confidently say they’re one of the best granite countertop wholesalers in the area. Their prices are very competitive, and the quality of the stone is consistently excellent. What really sets them apart, though, is the people. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, from selecting the right slab to coordinating delivery. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience given the unfairness of some online comments. My fabricator recommended Ace for selecting a natural stone for my kitchen, and I'm so glad they did. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member who guided me through their impressive selection. I instantly fell in love with the Taj stone, and that's when Bruno, the warehouse manager, stepped in. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to open all the slabs and assisting me in choosing the perfect two for my project. The entire Ace team was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly, making my experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would happily recommend Ace to family and friends without hesitation!

Do not trust this business. They lie and don’t hold their people accountable for what the commit to. They don’t follow up with the customer and give you false hopes. The sales person and manger have no integrity. Lies, lies , lies. Do not go here.
