Brian was great to work with. He was able to install the grab bars securely using hardware I purchased online that was specifically designed for my shower. It’s a fiberglass surround that is hollow behind, so attaching to a stud and bridging the gap between the stud and shower wall was very important for a solid secure install. Happy with the result and not worried about the stability and strength of the bar.

ACE HM was extremely professional and courteous. Brian came out to do the initial estimate. He was on time, respectful, and listened to what I wanted done. Brian didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Brian and Jeff performed Outstanding service and was absolutely AMAZING!! quick and fast response times. As a business owner myself, I don't take it lightly when I write a negative review. However, Ace Handyman of Acworth was a huge disappointment. $330 for what exactly?? The repairman, Brian, took 1:25 hrs to drive 1.2 miles to find a part at Home Depot. He said it took him so long, because he couldn't find the part. Of course, I, his customer, was paying for him to look for this basic part. Brian then didn't even know how to put a simple collar on a hose for our hot water heater. He attempted to yank the hose out of the wall, which was a serious concern. Clearly he did not have the expertise so I asked him to please take that repair off the list. Later on, my husband showed me how easy it was to put that collar on by simply lifting the hose off of the hot water heater, slide the collar u

Brian was very efficient and professional. He took the time to walk me through how he repaired the shutter and clearly explained why it had become loose in the first place due to a lack of proper support. I appreciated his transparency and attention to detail and will definitely use him for other projects in the future. Highly recommend!

it’s hard to find a handyman to do the all small jobs that pile up. I found Ace Handyman and could not be happier. Brian F. did an amazing job fixing the gap between my door sil and storm door. I am going to get him back out to fix other things as they pile up.
