Giosia was perfect. He was to remove the old bathroom mirror and install the new one. He told all the steps he was taking, told me of possible issues as well as fixes. He’s a professional through and through!

I had a number of things that needed to be done: floorboards, drywall cracks, and 2 floor tiles that needed to be replaced. I was able to book an appointment online and was told the estimate fee. All of that was fine. The repairman was scheduled for a half day; no estimate was done prior to his arrival. He arrived and explained the job would take longer than anticipated. I advised that was ok and just to get done what he could today, and I would have to reschedule for the remainder to be done. I did advise that the floorboards would need to be replaced due to cat pee, so it should have been obvious that we have cats in our home. The repairman stated he would be unable to complete the job due to allergies. When I called to reschedule, I was told that they would not be sending someone

Great experience with them. Mark was A+. Completed the job under budget and quicker than estimated. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Office was easy to communicate with and sent me alerts when they dispatched him for the estimate and the job. I don't normally hire handymen, but I will definitely be using Ace, (Mark specifically) for any future handyman neads.

I can't say enough good about this company!! Mark and Felipe were very professional, friendly and skilled. Both Mark and Felipe worked on my walls after water damage. They were always on time and the quality of work was excellent. Katherine, also was great with communications.
