Shawn was absolutely fantastic! He helped us hang bike hooks in our garage, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. He is incredibly talented, paid great attention to detail, and made sure everything was installed perfectly and securely. On top of that, Shawn is super friendly, easy to work with, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find someone so reliable and skilled, and we’re so glad we found him. Sergio was great. He was timely, explained his approach clearly, and made sure to go over the cost beforehand. We had some loose basement stairs that needed to be fixed so he fixed that problem and then reinforced the remaining stairs to make the entire staircase more secure. Would definitely recommend his service.

Oscar did an excellent job helping with the ice dam on our roof. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure there was a proper path for the ice to drain, which helped prevent further minor leaks during these cold temperatures. When I called the day before, the receptionist was also very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to schedule us quickly for next-day service, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend their services for anyone dealing with ice dam issues.

I called Ace Handyman Services for help with a ceiling drywall repair after a sprinkler leak. The service was wonderful. The hat on my chimney blew off. Turns out that it was never anchored to the chimney at all. (How it lasted up there for eight years is still a mystery to me.) I called ACE Handyman Services and agreed to commit to two hours worth of labor, but if the handyman was able to finish the job in an hour or less, I would be billed for only the hour. JP E was able to get it done in less than one hour. The total cost was less than half of the cost of other estimates that I got to solve the problem. I am very pleased with the service that I received from JP E and ACE Handyman.
